By accessing tr1971.org, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the tr1971 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. tr1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to registered players. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

These terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, including but not limited to players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. tr1971 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point where the platform deems verification necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Documents accepted include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by tr1971 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the closure of the account. The platform will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by verification delays where those delays are attributable to the player's failure to respond promptly.

All financial transactions on tr1971 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

tr1971 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to participate in games or betting markets. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and review of all associated transactions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr1971 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — tr1971 reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether conduct not explicitly listed below nonetheless constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to make deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game mechanic, bonus system, or promotional offer through coordinated or systematic means.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or scripting tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other conduct designed to retrieve deposited funds while retaining any winnings generated from those funds.

Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification having been completed.

tr1971 may suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Detection of duplicate or collusive account activity.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, tr1971 reserves the right to withhold any balance derived from bonus activity or from play conducted in breach of these terms. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to prohibited conduct will ordinarily be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable deductions and legal obligations.

Players who have self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme may not request reactivation of their account before the end of the agreed exclusion period. Requests to reactivate a self-excluded account before expiry will not be processed under any circumstances.
